Orders & Processing

How long is processing time?

Processing time is 7–14 business days unless noted otherwise.
Bleached items or specialty items may take slightly longer.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Is processing time the same as shipping time?

No. Processing time is how long it takes to create/prepare your order.
Shipping time begins after your order has been dropped off with USPS.

Do you offer rush orders?

If you need something by a certain date, please email us before ordering at boutiquewithkate@gmail.com. Rush availability varies.


Shipping

How do I know when my order ships?

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

What if my package says delivered but isn’t there?

Please check with neighbors, your mailbox, and your post office.
If it still can’t be found, you’ll need to file a claim with USPS.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once USPS has scanned them in.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship within the United States only. But if we get more customers out of state we will consider. 


Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please email us within 3 days of delivery with photos at boutiquewithkate@gmail.com.
We will gladly help make it right!


Sizing & Fit

How do your shirts & sweatshirts fit?

  • Crewnecks & Hoodies (Gildan Heavy Blend): Unisex, true to size

  • Short Sleeve Tees:

    • White/Grey: Tultex Unisex

    • Silver: Next Level Unisex

  • Size charts are available on the Size Guide page (or included on the product listing).

If you prefer a looser fit, we recommend sizing up one.

How do I join the rewards program?

Click the Rewards icon at the bottom of our website and create an account.

How do I earn points?

Earn points by shopping, following our social media, referring friends, and more.

How do I redeem points?

Log in to your account, click the Rewards icon, and choose your reward before checkout.


Payments & Shop Pay

Do you offer buy now, pay later?

Yes! We offer Shop Pay Installments for eligible orders.
You can break your total into 4 interest-free payments.

Do I need good credit to use Shop Pay?

No — Shop Pay uses a soft credit check and will not affect your credit score.


Products

How do I care for my items?

Wash inside out, cold water, gentle cycle.
Hang dry for best results.
Do not iron directly over the design.

Do designs fade?

With proper care, your design should stay vibrant.
Avoid harsh detergents and high heat to keep your item looking new.

Do you take custom requests?

Customs may be available depending on the design and color options.
