All Purchases Are Subject to the Following Terms
Processing & Turnaround Times
Processing times are not the same as shipping times.
• Bleached shirts may take 12–14 days to process before shipping, especially if the shirt color/size is not kept in stock.
• All other products have a turnaround time of 7–14 business days.
• Weekends and holidays are not included in the processing window.
If you need an item by a certain date, please email boutiquewithkate@gmail.com before placing your order to confirm whether we can meet your timeline.
Returns, Exchanges & Order Issues
• No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted on any purchases.
• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must email boutiquewithkate@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
• Screen Prints, DTFs, and Sublimations are ordered every Wednesday and Sunday.
Shipping Policy
• We are not responsible for packages once they have been handed off to USPS.
• If your package is lost or stolen, please file a claim with the shipping carrier.
• We do not refund, remake, or credit for items lost or damaged by USPS.
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping information.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer is responsible for repaying shipping to have the order resent.

Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
