Did You Add Route Package Protection?

Route Package Protection is optional at checkout and covers:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Damaged items

If you purchased Route Protection, you can easily file a claim here:

If You Did NOT Add Route Protection

If you did not add Route at checkout, USPS is responsible for delivery issues.
You can still track your USPS package using the tracking number sent to your email.

Where’s My Tracking Number?

You’ll automatically receive an email when:

  1. Your order is shipped

  2. Your tracking number is created

  3. Your package is on the way
