Thank you so much for supporting Boutique With Kate! Every item is made or prepared with love, and we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible.


๐Ÿ•’ Processing Time vs. Shipping Time

Processing time is how long it takes for your order to be made, packaged, and prepared for shipment.
Shipping time begins once USPS has scanned your package into their system.

Processing Times

  • Bleached shirts: 12โ€“14 business days

  • Screen Prints, DTF & Sublimation products: Ordered every Wednesday & Sunday, then processed within 1โ€“2 weeks

  • All other products: 7โ€“14 business days

Weekends and holidays are not included in processing times.

If you need an item by a certain date, please email us before placing your order so we can confirm availability.


๐Ÿ“ฌ Shipping Carrier

All packages are shipped via USPS unless stated otherwise.
Shipping speed is selected at checkout and does not change processing time.

Once your package is scanned by USPS, delivery time is fully handled by the carrier.


๐Ÿšซ Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Boutique With Kate is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Packages marked โ€œdeliveredโ€ but not received

  • USPS delays

  • Damaged items caused during shipping

If an issue occurs, please contact USPS to file a claim.


๐Ÿ“ฆ Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Orders are shipped to the exact shipping address entered at checkout.

Boutique With Kate is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses

  • Typos

  • Missing apartment numbers

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer must pay additional shipping to have it resent.


๐Ÿ“ฆ Combined Orders

If you place multiple orders, they may ship separately unless you contact us to request merging. Merged orders may require additional shipping.


๐Ÿ“ฎ Tracking Updates

You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.
Tracking may take 24โ€“48 hours to update after USPS receives the package.


โ— Order Changes / Cancellations

Because orders begin processing quickly, we do not allow cancellations once the order is placed.
