At Boutique With Kate, every item is made or prepared to order, which means we do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges on any products. Please read the full policy below before placing your order.


🚫 All Sales Are Final

Due to:

  • Made-to-order items

  • Seasonal/limited stock

  • Custom prints and special orders

We cannot offer:

  • Returns

  • Exchanges

  • Cancellations

  • Refunds

Please double-check your size, color, design, and shipping address before checking out.


πŸ›‘ Incorrect Address / Typos

Orders are shipped to the exact address entered at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Wrong or incomplete addresses

  • Missing apartment numbers

  • Typos in name or address

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the buyer must pay additional shipping to have it resent.


πŸ’₯ Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we are ALWAYS willing to help β€” but action must be taken quickly.

To qualify for a replacement:

  • You must email boutiquewithkate@gmail.com

  • Within 3 days of the package showing β€œdelivered”

  • Include clear photos of:

    • The damaged/wrong item

    • The packaging

    • Your packing slip (if applicable)

After 3 days, we cannot offer a replacement due to tracking verification limits.


πŸ“¦ Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your package is handed to USPS, shipping is fully handled by the carrier.

Boutique With Kate is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Packages marked β€œdelivered” but not received

  • USPS delays or mishandling

Please contact USPS to file a claim for lost or stolen packages.

Because all items are made to order, we cannot exchange sizes.
